There are two items in Left menu of Mini designer of vFlow - Media Upload and DM Upload.

Media Uploader and DM Upload serve as components for handling media and documents within applications, but they differ based on the DMS version compatibility and their application within Fieldset elements:
Media Uploader vs. DM Upload:
Media Uploader: Used for new applications with DMS 2 (Document Management System version 2).
DM Upload: Used for older applications that are built on older versions of the Document Management System.
Media Uploader (Component): This is a component used to handle media uploads and is applied as a whole within an application.
Media Uploader (Element inside Fieldset): This refers to an individual media uploader element placed within a fieldset. It can be grouped alongside other fieldset elements as per requirement.
