Vmonitoring sending false email alerts

I have configured my monitoring but the service is sending me false alerts
What is the possible reason and solution

The possibility is minimum that vmonitor send false email alerts
your service must be failing because of following reason:

  1. your configured key may not exist
  2. your response containing bank characters
  3. your response is not giving the desired value for the key to be checked.
