This feature is used to highlight the row/column layouts in the page. For example:
In the above image you cannot see any row columns on the page. but after enabling this property you will see the highlighted layouts shown below:

The “Layout Toggle” feature plays a crucial role in visually pinpointing the locations where a particular layout, such as a row or column, is employed.
This functionality enables the highlighting of all instances of the chosen layout, as demonstrated in the image below.
