Logs are not generating for specific service in vConnect from Custom web portal.
We can see logs for some other services in the same custom web portal but random service logs are not visible even after using filters.
What can be done to get logs for such services?

Also, we have kept “logs required” as “true” in vConnect API configuration

Yes, we can see response in Network tab but it is ecrypted
