I am getting error in the vConnect Service while doing simple orchestration

I am getting error in the vConnect Service while doing simple orchestration.

Steps to replicate

1.) I have create 2 api which names are : “ACCOUNTS_NUM” & “USERS_NUM”
2.) These 2 apis bind in to the Single Service which names are : “GET_CARDS”

I am attaching the some screen shots for better understanding. But getting the below error while test on vTest.,
