How to validate using regex restrictor?

How can users make sure they enter the right data and avoid nonsense values using the Regex Restrictor in VDesigner 2.0?

To restrict users to entering only numeric values in an input field, follow these steps:
Let’s take an example of an Input Field and we want our user to enter their mobile number. The steps to follow:

  1. Select the input field and set its input type to “REGEX”.

  1. Choose “Mobile Number” as the REGEX TYPE.
  2. Navigate to the data section of the element.
  3. Scroll down to find the Regex Restriction feature.

  1. Choose the “([0-9])” restrictor to allow only numeric input.
  2. With this restrictor, users will be limited to entering numeric values.
  3. To further validate the number of digits allowed, specify the maximum and minimum lengths in the Data Validation settings.
