I want to make full form disable but only bottom button should be clickable rest all the elements in the form should be disable

bottom button you can add in footer. & elements in your form should be disable

There is an option available on the elements where you can select whether you want to make form disable/or not. Below is the screenshot attached FYI.

@Alisha there is no functionality in the vDesigner to apply button in footer

There is a property in Page “Disable Br Rule Id” where you can define a rule on success of that rule the whole page will be disabled, below is the screenshot for the same:
After that you can go to the button for which you want to override this property and then select “Form Disable Override” as yes to enable this button even if the whole form is disabled. Check reference screenshot below:
