How to close a ticket generated on jira

Recieving this mail to close the ticket as the issues is being resokved… but how to close it.

Hi @Ankita_Mishra, Please categorize your question, you raised this ticket for vFlow or vDesigner 2.0?

Hi Ankita,
For the Closure of the ticket (which is raised by you) will be closed from the Vahana Support Portal not from JIRA. The Tickets which are marked Resolved, you can see them on the Vahana Support by click on eye icon, the ticket will open and then there is a option named as Close button (beside the DVES ticket) by clicking on it the ticket will mark CLOSED.
