Is it possible in vDesginer 2.0 to open any third party app like whatsapp, playstore on click of any button. If yes, then how to configure it ?

Third Party app opening task is not available in vDesigner 2.0.
You can open Whatsapp by using open whatsapp task. Below is the documentation:
