Is it possible to track and analyze all ‘User’ and ‘Device’ level sessions in an application?

Consider a scenario involving a mobile banking application that offers two login methods: biometric authentication (device-level session) and credentials-based authentication (user-level session).

From an analytics perspective, if we want to understand user preferences—specifically, whether users favor biometric login over credential-based login, can we capture this data?

Currently, it’s not possible to perform such analysis in IT Ops. If you believe this would be a valuable feature to include in Users & Device Analytics, we can discuss it further and consider adding it to the roadmap.
