While working with Vscheduler we face issues like mail is not getting triggered to the users or some services are not visible for scheduling…
what are the possible causes and resolutions to these problems?

problem 1 - Service not visible for Vscheduler
solution - this problem generally occurs in the vahana 1.0 solution to this is the import service button which you can find on your Vscheduler portal. This button fetches all the services

problem 2 - Mail is not getting triggered
Solution - you must have not subscribed VAHANA_ALERT service from vahana hub
