I created a bug ticket on the Vahana Support Portal on Feb 26, 2024, with the lowest severity. There have been no single updates yet. Now, I want to change the severity to P0. How can I update or change the severity of that ticket?

You cannot. This is something decided by Support team post creation of ticket.

Should I create all tickets with P0 severity going forward?
No, you should not. This can be reported by support team as abusing P0. Only items with blocking issues in production should be reported as P0 item.
Then where should I report, I am not getting a single update on that ticket in the last one month.
